Equipment Warranty

Aadhi Solar provides warranties on solar panels and equipment as follows:

• Manufacturing defects: 10 years from installation date
• Performance guarantee: 25 years (minimum 80% efficiency)
• Workmanship warranty: 5 years from installation date

Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage includes:

• Defective materials and workmanship
• Equipment replacement or repair at our discretion
• Labor costs for warranty repairs

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Damage caused by natural disasters, lightning, or extreme weather
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper installation by non-authorized parties
• Damage due to accidents or vandalism

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, you must contact our customer service within 30 days of discovering the defect. You must provide proof of purchase, installation date, and documentation of the defect.

Aadhi Solar may terminate or suspend your account or access to our services at any time for any reason, including:

• Illegal or fraudulent activity

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content resulting from termination.
